Some workout is better than no workout
Several 1000 kcal workouts a week plus strength trainings, no sweets and lots of protein in my diet and i’m still freaking fat. I ALSO have a plateau or even gained some lbs. Oh fuck you, life. You are not fair. As well as this slowpoke organism of mine. This is so not motivating
Gave up on sweets. Withdrawal symptomes were harsh. Ehh. Now salad time!

Yesterday night Made 600kcal faster somehow. Maybe it was a bug, maybe I made my cardio more intensive this time. :)

Did my 600kcal cardio today and improved my own 5k run time for a minute. Happy to see improvement! Getting ready for my 10k run in May. Nordea run Riga, i’m coming!
